SMS Terms & Conditions

The Driven Gym informational messaging program · Effective October 11, 2026

Driven Gym LLC, operating as The Driven Gym, provides optional informational text messages to people who request a text conversation by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on our website inquiry form. Messages include replies to membership and day or week pass questions, information you request, and related customer-service follow-up.

SMS program eligibility

This SMS program is available only to people age 18 or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This age requirement applies to the SMS program; it does not change gym membership eligibility or prevent an email inquiry.

Your consent

To request text replies, provide your mobile number and actively select the optional, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox before submitting the inquiry form. You may submit an inquiry without selecting SMS consent and receive an email reply instead. Providing a phone number alone, purchasing a membership, or sending an inquiry without SMS consent does not enroll you in this SMS program. Text consent is optional and is not a condition of buying a gym membership or pass. This program does not include promotional offers or advertising.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply to texts sent or received. Your wireless provider can explain charges under your mobile plan.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to any program text to unsubscribe. A confirmation message will acknowledge your request, and further program texts will stop. If you later wish to rejoin, contact us for help restoring your messaging preference.

Reply HELP for assistance, email info@thedrivengym.com, or call 715-569-8902. The gym's new messaging number is 715-800-3322; text delivery will begin only after carrier registration is approved. Use our existing telephone or email contact for help in the meantime.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive. Delivery depends on your mobile service and network availability.
