When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, question, and communication preferences. Our messaging service also maintains records of SMS consent, conversations, and opt-out requests.

We use inquiry information to answer questions about gym membership and day or week passes, provide information you request, manage customer-service conversations, and honor your communication preferences. We use service providers to host forms, manage inquiries, and deliver communications on our behalf.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Providers performing support functions, including customer service, may process information necessary to provide that support. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent records are excluded from every other information-sharing category; we do not disclose those records to third parties for their own use.

Your choices

Text messaging is optional and is not required to purchase a membership or pass. The website contact form is for email responses and optional telephone callbacks; providing a phone number there does not enroll you in our SMS program. Our optional text-reply inquiry form displays a separate, initially unchecked SMS consent checkbox. To request text replies, enter your mobile number and actively select that checkbox. You can submit the inquiry without SMS consent and receive an email reply.

To stop program texts, reply STOP to a message you receive. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. You can contact the gym by email or telephone without agreeing to receive texts.

Cookies and technical information

Our website and embedded inquiry form may use cookies or similar browser storage to support site functions and form operation. When you submit an inquiry, our form service records technical details such as the page URL, submission time, time zone, and IP address alongside your response. We use these details to operate the form, understand the source of an inquiry, and document consent. We use HTTPS on this website and its hosted inquiry form to protect information in transit. Inquiry records are managed in our hosted website and customer-service systems through authenticated accounts. We keep inquiry and messaging records as needed to respond to requests, maintain communication preferences, and meet applicable obligations. Membership checkout, payments, and building access are handled through separate services, including Glofox and Kisi. Review the notices and agreements presented by those services. This inquiry and messaging policy does not replace your membership agreement or those services' privacy notices.
